Henning Schmiedt was born in 1965 in Schlema/Saxonia.

As a composer, arranger, pianist on over 100 CDs with international artists such as Mikis Theodorakis, Zülfü Livaneli, Maria Farantouri, Jocelyn B. Smith.
Participation from small ensembles up to symphony orchestras such as Deutsches Symhonie Orchester, Athens Philharmonic Orchestra, Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra-

concerts worldwide with his music that crosses the boundaries between Jazz, World and Contemporary Music, Post Classical and Ambient.
